Terence E. Doherty, Doherty Law Firm, LLC

Education:
Terry received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989 from the University of Connecticut where he majored in economics, minored in US history, and was captain of the UConn Lacrosse Team.

Experience:
After graduating from UConn, Terry worked as a manager and title officer in the national headquarters for First American Title Insurance Company.  Terry left First American Title in 1994 to attend Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California.  At Whittier, Terry was a member of both the Whittier Law Review and the National Moot Court Honors Board.  Upon graduating in 1997, Terry accepted an in-house position with Symetrix Corporation - a semiconductor corporation located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  At Symetrix, Terry was promoted to General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer in 1998. 

Terry went into private practice in 2002, and started his own law firm in early 2006.
