The Hill Top group is taken from the idea that everyone needs to have someone to help give them unbiased advice.  Like a general who sits on top of the hill directing advancement of troops and reinforcements with a clear view of the entire battlefield, this group is a way to facilitate a group of business owners to come gather and provide advice and support to each other.

What will I get out of this?
You will develop a close, trusting relationship with business owners.  You will have the advice and support from those who have already walked through the challenges you’re facing.  You will learn from the advice given to others and be able to apply that to your own situation.  Most importantly, you will not be isolated from others dealing with your problems alone.

How many people will be in each group?
Groups will be limited to 10 to 12 business owners

I’m not a business owner can I still participate?
It depends.  The group will be limited to individuals who have a high level of decision making authority in their business.

How often will the group meet?
The group will meet monthly for 10 months out of the year.  Time of day and day of week will be decided mutually by everyone in the group so it is convenient for everyone.

If I can’t make it to a meeting do I send a replacement?
No.  Because the group is highly confidential and trust plays a major factor in your success, you will be the only one allowed in the group from your company.  You are expected to make this group a priority and miss meetings only in an unavoidable situation.

Is this a leads group?
No.  Leads and referrals will not be exchanged, and are not part of the group.  While developing a trusting relationship with other business owners may result in leads, it will not be part of the meetings.

Shouldn’t I be worried about talking about the intimate details of my business with others?
Possibly, but this group will be expected to hold everything discussed in the highest level of confidence.  Also, the group will be limited by industry, so you are not in the same group as your competitors.

What is the cost of this group?
The cost for one year will be $120. If at any time you don’t feel you are getting a value out of the group, you will be given a pro-rated refund.
