A graduate of Cornell University with two degrees, including an MBA with a concentration in economics and finance, Bob moved to Colorado Springs with his family in 1964. He started selling life insurance (in a strange town with no natural market) and within a few years had qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table several times (this was back when a million dollars was a lot of money!). His career path took him from insurance into estate planning, and then into investment and tax planning. In 1984 he was nominated as one of the top ten investment salesmen for a major Wall Street investment firm. Following the stock market crash in October of 1987, Bob started his own investment management company, which grew to over $15 million under management in less than 10 years. Since selling his investment company to his son Russ in 1998, Bob has enjoyed successes (and some disappointments) in a number of ventures. He started speaking professionally in March of 2006, and has addressed the Intel Corporation, the Better Business Bureau, and numerous sales and marketing organizations. He is married to Mary (going on 44 years), and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. His hobbies are reading, riding his bike, studying the Scriptures, and preparing for his next talk. His burning desire is to lift his voice for the Glory of God, for the edification and encouragement of Believers, and to invite those who don’t know Him to consider His claims.
